Our Policies

  • Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional charge for any extra person over 4 years old – $20.
  • All rates plus 10% Room Tax.
  • Winter Season – December 1st through May 31st. Summer Season – June 1st through November 31st.
  • Holiday rates follow “Summer Season” rates.
  • There is a 2 night minimum on weekends. Options are: Thursday & Friday or Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday.
  • Sorry, we have a no pet policy: No pets are allowed in our guest rooms.
  • We are a non-smoking lodge: Smoking is not permitted in any guest rooms or suites nor on the patios or balconies of the rooms. You may use the parks located on either corner of Ocean Avenue or our guest parking lot. We appreciate your courtesy in abiding by this policy.

Check-Out – 11:00 am

Cancellation Policy
We have a 72 hour cancellation policy (excluding special events & holidays) that applies to each day of your stay and pertains to early checkouts as well since we do not overbook our rooms. If you cancel within the 72 hours, you will forfeit the first night charges for the room as booked.
